Assemble the whole machine
Use high-pressure washing and other methods to remove oil, rust and impurities from the exterior of the excavator and disassembled parts to ensure the surface of the parts is clean.
According to professional procedures, the entire machine is disassembled into core components and auxiliary components such as the engine, hydraulic pump, and structural parts, and placed in categories to avoid damage to reusable or repairable parts, and to clarify the ownership and status of each component.
For components that are repairable after disassembly and testing, they will be repaired technically; for components that are severely damaged, they will be directly replaced to restore their original performance or be optimized and upgraded.
The repaired and replaced parts are reassembled into a complete machine according to the original factory standards, ensuring that all connections are accurate and well-matched to form a complete and operational excavator.
